Grub in The Hub:
Financing Options for Growth

Where to get money, what to expect and how to get ready

You are thinking about the next phase of your company’s growth and development. You’re boot-strapping, or have financed through friends and family. Maybe you have had a round of VC financing. Now you are wondering what your options are for financing to get to the next level.

Join us for a discussion of financing options. What do VCs look for? How big a piece do they want in return for their investment? Do strategic investors make sense? Is your company ready to go public? Learn about the essential steps you need to take to be ready to get financing and the costs you can expect to incur. Get a preview of how you will have to operate with new investors on board. This session is aimed at companies that are market-ready or already in the market, that are seeing steady growth now and anticipate exponential growth on the horizon, and that are looking to scale to the next level in the near to medium-term.
